Flexibility and core strengthening: Combine dynamic stretching exercises and core strengthening to improve your stability, posture, and prevent injuries while optimizing your running performance.
Athletic training, explosiveness, and plyometrics: Develop your power with explosive exercises and plyometric training. These sessions include jumps, sprints, and athletic drills to enhance your speed, responsiveness, and explosive strength on the field.
Interval training: Boost your endurance and cardiovascular capacity through interval sessions. By alternating high intensities and recoveries, you will maximize your ability to manage effort during your runs.
Tempo run: Progress over medium to long distances with our tempo run sessions, which will teach you to maintain a steady and consistent pace to enhance your endurance and manage effort optimally.
Personalized running coaching: Receive tailored support, with advice suited to your personal goals, whether focused on technique, core strength, explosiveness, or preparation for a competition.
These sessions are suitable for all levels, whether beginners or experienced athletes, to progress at every stage and push your limits.
